By accessing or using BeeKeeper ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organisations operating under a tenant account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of managing website portfolios, monitoring security posture, and related hosting management activities. You must not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hive IT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
